I. Structural characteristics:
The special high-pressure water pump specially designed by our factory for the belt vulcanizing machine is a three-cylinder piston pump driven by a single-phase or three-phase motor. Electric water pressure pump.
The plunger of this pump is made of high-tech, and a high-hardness alloy layer is sprayed on the surface of the stainless steel plug body. The medium (water) used must be pure and clean.
The pump is equipped with a pressure-regulating unloading valve. When the pressure of the vulcanizer water pressure plate is filled with a medium, the pressure of the liquid pump suddenly increases beyond the set value, and the liquid pump can automatically release the pressure. (The factory has been set at 3Mpa)
